In August, the team will attend a team bonding retreat in Waxahachie, TX. The one-day event blends faith, fun, and football, emphasizing spiritual growth and team unity—key elements of the Prestonwood culture.
Notable Additions & Departures
The Lions graduated 12 seniors, with 10 moving on to play college football—a testament to the program’s development. Despite the loss, the roster remains strong, with a core group of returners and impactful transfers expected to elevate the team.

Weight Training & Fitness

Nutrition
Nutrition is a key part of the offseason plan. Players receive Muscle Milk post-workout, and Coach Bryant shares nutrition guidelines focusing on balanced intake of carbohydrates and proteins to support recovery and muscle growth.
Coaching Perspective
The coaching staff continues to evolve with the hiring of new Defensive Coordinator Gabe Eliserio. While the team maintains a similar defensive scheme, Eliserio brings fresh energy and insights to the program.
