The coaching staff, led by Coach Karen Naymola, is focused on developing new leaders both on and off the court. In-season, athletes continue with structured conditioning programs, ensuring they're prepared physically for the demanding schedule ahead. Coaching Approach: Reflect, Refine, Repeat Coach Naymola and her staff dedicate time during the offseason to attend clinics and review the prior season in detail. "We reflect on last year’s success and build our game plan from there," Naymola shared. It’s a process rooted in continual growth and high standards.
