When everyone on the court is communicating, it lets our team know what we need to do and it’s so important for everyone to be on the same page. 

Teamwork and communication are key to El Diamante High School's Girls Basketball Team's success. Coach Jessica Cervantes understands that communication on the court is essential and that without it, struggles will arise. Her approach encourages her team to take the initiative to stay in sync and on the same page throughout each game. Coach Cervantes emphasizes that communication will allow her players to form a trust and connection with one another, as well as stay organized and know what's expected from each individual. Ultimately, communication is vital for the team to quickly react and act upon the needed changes in order to reach their ultimate success.
