Mira Costa High School Girls Basketball team is looking forward to a strong season with new players Ava Schauwecker and Kylee Yeh leading the way! Ava Schauwecker, a 6-1 center, is averaging an impressive 10 rebounds a game and Kylee Yeh, the team's point guard, is averaging 5 assists and 5 steals per game. She was voted all tournament in the Palisades Westside Tournament. The young team has already made a splash and Coach Jeff Herdman is sure that their talent, energy and skills will make an immediate impact throughout the season.
