. Weight lifting program 2x per week here at SHS. Coach Richard Miranda is dedicated to helping his Strathmore High School girls basketball team excel. To prepare for the upcoming season, Miranda has implemented an extensive training program, featuring 60 games in the spring and summer and two weight lifting sessions each week right on school grounds. Miranda understands the importance of game situations to ensure his players are battle-tested for the challenges of the upcoming season. He also believes in a disciplined conditioning program to reach peak performance levels. With this combination of training and conditioning, the Strathmore High School girls basketball team is sure to have the skills to excel this season.
