Every day our players are going through a circuit of light weight exercises for their abdominals, back, and lower body to equip them for higher intensity practices. Stamina and strength is the key to success in the Monterey Trail High School Girls Basketball team. We are also focusing on the fine details of the sport by working to improve the team’s technique in areas such as ball-handling and team play. With added conditioning and a renewed emphasis on technique, we are confident the Monterey Trail High School Girls Basketball team is in a better position to be successful.
