The Monterey Trail High School Girls Basketball team is a testament to the power of defense, with an aggressive and beautiful style of play that translates into many easy baskets in transition for the team. I am proud of the energy and enthusiasm that my team brings to the court and it's a reflection of the trust and spirit they have in their defensive abilities. Ultimately, by emphasizing defense I believe I have unlocked the key for the team to perform at their best and develop stronger cohesiveness.
