Coach Shonyta Pouncey is excited about the addition of freshman Sasha Santos Cruz to the Segerstrom High School Girls Basketball team. Pouncey believes that Cruz will make an immediate impact on the squad. According to Pouncey, “Sasha brings a great energy and scrupulous work ethic to our team. Sasha has the potential to become an elite player. Her drive and determination will help our team reach new heights.” The Segerstrom team looks to continue to build off of their successful 2019-20 season with the addition of Cruz.
