After back-to-back 1-9 seasons, Boyd Football is heading into 2025 with a clear mission: flip the script and restore a winning tradition. With a new coaching staff and an experienced senior class, the Yellowjackets are reloading with energy, focus, and belief. Offseason Focus: Experience + Excitement The biggest storyline this offseason is the coaching transition, bringing a fresh perspective and brand-new systems on both sides of the ball. “We’ll be very experienced, but we’re also learning something new,” said Head Coach Shawn Sparks. “The change has brought excitement and energy.” The offseason has focused on building chemistry, absorbing the new schemes, and reigniting a competitive culture throughout the locker room.
