Offseason Focus The central theme of our offseason has been consistency—in the weight room, on the field, and in our preparation. Last season’s inconsistencies motivated us to put intentional focus into every rep, drill, and meeting. We're building a team that shows up the same way—strong, sharp, and ready—every day. Special Offseason Events This July, we’re heading to Hoover, Alabama, for a National 7-on-7 Tournament. It’s an exciting opportunity to compete against elite teams and, more importantly, grow stronger together as a unit. This trip doubles as a development and bonding experience before the season begins. Notable Additions & Departures We’ve added Coach Teran Conley to our staff. Coach Conley brings valuable experience, having served as the Head Coach at White Station High School for the past three seasons. His addition strengthens our coaching depth and leadership. Players to Watch – 2025 Impact Players We return a highly talented core with standout athletes across every position group. Weight Lifting & Fitness Our offseason training has been marked by an outstanding work ethic. Several players are making huge gains in strength and conditioning. The weight room has become a place of accountability, growth, and daily improvement. Nutrition Coach Todd Avery, our strength and conditioning coach, leads our nutrition program. He develops meal plans and nutritional strategies that complement each player’s training goals and help fuel their performance. Coaching Perspective This offseason, our staff is instilling values like trusting the process, consistency, effort, and toughness. We believe success is built day by day, and our approach reflects that belief. We're working not just to coach plays, but to build character and leadership in our athletes. Fan Engagement & Community Impact Coach Massey did not provide a specific answer, but the community can expect increased engagement through summer events, 7-on-7 showcases, and pre-season activities. Stay tuned for announcements. Biggest Challenges Ahead As with many programs, depth will be a challenge. We’re looking to our rising Freshmen and Sophomores to step up and contribute immediately. Player development will be key as we prepare for Friday nights under the lights.
