Central Bucks West Field Hockey – 2025 Offseason Update Offseason Focus This offseason, our primary focus is sharpening our corner conversion rate and generating more offensive contributions from a wider range of players. Creating dynamic attacking opportunities and improving execution in set plays is key to elevating our performance.  Special Offseason Events We’re excited to attend the University of Maryland Team Camp in July. It will offer elite-level training, a highly competitive environment, and a valuable opportunity for our team to build chemistry off the field. Notable Additions & Departures We graduated four impactful seniors, but the majority of our roster is returning—bringing experience, leadership, and continuity into the 2025 season.  Players to Watch Aida Ierubino – A standout talent and member of the U18 National Team, Aida is committed to the University of Maryland and continues to impress with her elite skill and leadership. Kendra Pitts – Our veteran goalkeeper, Kendra has been a starter since her freshman year and brings consistency and strength between the posts. Eve Damsker – A versatile and explosive athlete, Eve is capable of excelling in any position and will be a key piece in both our offense and defense this year. Coaching Perspective Our coaching staff is focused on evolving our game strategy, aiming to introduce more variety and unpredictability in how we approach each opponent. This includes tactical flexibility and developing depth in our game plan.  Biggest Challenges Ahead We compete in one of the most challenging districts in the state—District 1, Class 3A—and play in the Suburban One League (SOL), where we are looking to repeat as SOL league champions for a third straight season. While we placed 7th in District 1 last year and reached the final four of the State playoffs, the path ahead is still tough. Every game in this highly competitive environment will test our preparation, consistency, and resilience.
