Offseason Focus
This offseason, our main goal has been to reshape how our athletes view the importance of the offseason itself. We’re working hard to establish a strong offseason culture that emphasizes discipline, work ethic, and consistency. Our athletes are learning the value of strength training, speed training, flexibility, and conditioning. We're creating habits that will carry over into the fall, both on and off the field.
Special Offseason Events
To boost development and build team chemistry, we are attending several high-level camps across the state of Georgia, including:
Kennesaw State University
University of West Georgia

Weight Lifting & Fitness
Our training methods have focused on functional strength, mobility, and explosiveness. We’re incorporating position-specific workouts and encouraging a competitive culture in the weight room. Players are pushing each other every day to level up.
Nutrition
We’re emphasizing proper nutrition with our athletes, providing them with guidelines for balanced meals, hydration habits, and recovery foods. While we don't have a formal program in place yet, we’re working on building a more structured approach going forward.
Coaching Perspective
Our coaching staff has been locked in on preparation. We're evaluating film, refining schemes, and tailoring our approach to our personnel. We’re also placing more focus on mental preparation and situational awareness this year.
Fan Engagement & Community Impact
We’ve been engaging with our community through volunteer work, local events, and social media outreach. Our goal is to build a strong support system around our program by showing that we’re more than just football—we’re leaders in the community.
Biggest Challenges Ahead
One of our biggest challenges will be developing consistency and leadership among our younger players. We’re also working to keep everyone healthy and academically eligible throughout the year. But with the right mindset and work ethic, we’re confident in our ability to rise above.
