It's another exciting season for Clay Center High School's baseball team, as they prepare to make a serious run at a state title. With 7 returning starters and a strong core of players, Coach Admin Admin has set high expectations for the team this year. The main goal for the team this year is to win a state title. With the majority of the starting lineup returning, Coach Admin is confident in their chances. However, he emphasizes that pitching and defense will always be key factors in their success. In order to reach their goal, the team will need to have a strong hitting game as well. Key returning players include Brody Hayes, Carter Long, Tucker Jackson, Cole Pladson, Colten Tadtman, Justin Wright, and Morgan Brumfield. Out of these players, Brody and Cole have started every game since they were freshmen, showing their experience and leadership on the team. What makes them stand out is not only their talent, but also their dedication and commitment to the team. The coach also mentions two newcomers who could make an immediate impact on the team - Grady Pfizenmaier and Jace Weller.
