Mclane High School's Boys Volleyball Team is gearing up for another exciting season this year with high hopes of achieving their goals. We spoke to Coach Admin Admin about his expectations for the team, their strengths and weaknesses, and how he plans to motivate them to reach their full potential. With a strong focus on teamwork, communication, and personal growth, Coach Admin Admin has set the bar high for his players and is determined to guide them to success both on and off the court. Coach Admin Admin's overall goals for the team this season revolve around competitiveness and learning from mistakes. He hopes to see his players develop their skills not just in the sport, but in communication, teamwork, and responsibility. These are qualities that will not only benefit them on the court but also in their future endeavors. To achieve these goals, one key to success will be for the players to remain open-minded and resilient, focusing on the next game rather than dwelling on the result of the previous one. The team's top returning players, Juan Rios and Brandon Martinez, will be key players to watch out for this season. Both have proven to be strong and skilled athletes, with Rios attending Duncan Polytechnical High School as a senior and Martinez attending Mclane High School. Martinez, who started as a sophomore last season, has shown great leadership qualities and is expected to play a vital role in leading the team this year. Additionally, new players Noland Sibonheung and Darhyne Yang are also expected to make an immediate impact with their skills as setters. Coach Admin Admin believes that a team captain should be a role model for the entire program and someone who won't give up on their teammates. Brandon Martinez and Ken Vang have been chosen as captains for their leadership qualities and ability to keep pushing even when the game is not in their favor. However, players like Juan Rios and Noland Sibonheung are also contenders for the captain role, showcasing their dedication and passion for the team. Team chemistry and camaraderie are essential for a successful season, and Coach Admin Admin plans to build this through tournaments and practice sessions. By organizing small competitions in practice, the players will have the opportunity to bond and work together, forming a strong and united team. To motivate his players to push themselves to their full potential, Coach Admin Admin asks them to reflect on their personal goals and why they have chosen to play volleyball. He also encourages them to look at their teammates and see how
