Additionally, the team's strong desire to defend their championship title serves as a motivation for them to push themselves to their full potential. When asked about the biggest challenges in preparing for this season, Coach Sullivan mentioned that the team's culture has changed since winning the championship. The players are now used to winning, and the challenge lies in maintaining that winning mentality and not becoming complacent. However, he believes that the team's strong work ethic and determination will help them overcome any obstacles they may face this season. The team's schedule this season includes some tough opponents, but Coach Sullivan sees it as an opportunity to challenge and push his players. He believes that playing against strong teams will only make the team better in the long run. The players are also excited to be challenged and are looking forward to facing these opponents. As for his coaching style, Coach Sullivan mentioned that he is now adding bigger schools to their schedule to expose the players to a higher level of competition. He believes that this will help the players develop and adapt to different game situations, making them better players overall. His coaching philosophy revolves around teamwork and putting the team first, which is evident in the team's gameplay. Coach Sullivan also emphasized the importance of the mental aspect of the game. He mentioned that in the past, the team's focus on individual records affected their overall performance. However, now the focus is on the team as a whole and working towards a common goal. This change in mindset has had a positive impact on the team's performance and has led to their success. This season, the team has placed a strong emphasis on their training and conditioning program. Coach Sullivan believes that it will be a significant factor in the team's success. The players have been working hard in the weight room, and Coach Sullivan has already noticed improvements in their performance. He hopes that their hard work and dedication will pay off on the field. According to Coach Sullivan, the team's strength lies in their leadership.
