This season, the El Diamante High School Girls Basketball team is looking to implement team chemistry and camaraderie with their usual team dinners at the start, middle, and end of their season, plus a Christmas party with a Secret Santa gift exchange. They've added a Teamsgiving to that already, as well as "fun days" for the team to enjoy random activities like crazy sock day. To further grow their bond, they plan on attending games at local college hoops games, such as College of the Sequoias and Fresno State University. With all these events, their team bond and camaraderie can only become stronger.

We had the luxury of two coaches that could balance each other out depending on who we were playing and how we wanted to attack them. We've continued to play the same fast-paced style of basketball and the girls have really embraced it. With the addition of a new assistant coach last year, the team was able to introduce new strategies and fully implement them this year. The combination of the two coaching styles have given our program balance and put it in the best position to succeed.
